Taking away the on-going costs, safety considerations and transporting of traditional gas supplies, the ‘Maximus-Lite’ Nitrogen systems are some of the most advanced intelligent and efficient available. Now built inside a purpose built IP54 cabinet on castors for ease of location.

The HMI controller displays in real-time the PSA process, monitors air inlet quality, system pressures and outlet nitrogen purity ensuring you always have the highest quality gas delivered to your application. An onboard flow monitor indicates the % of flow taken (0-100%) showing your overall requirement and efficiency data, an inlet filter is now provided to ensure the air inlet particles are within limits to increase reliability of the inlet valves c/w DP alarm to the HMI Screen.
