What Omega Air filter series do you supply elements for? +
We supply genuine Omega Air filter elements for all major series: AAF (screwed BSP, 16 bar, 10–2,760 Nm³/h), BF (flanged DN80–DN300, 16 bar, up to 31,400 Nm³/h), HF (50 bar high pressure, screwed BSP), CHP (ultra-high pressure up to 420 bar), P-VAC (industrial vacuum) and M-VAC (medical vacuum). If your filter model is not listed, WhatsApp us the model plate details and we will identify the correct replacement element.
Are Omega Air elements interchangeable with Parker Domnick Hunter? +
Yes — Omega Air's ODHE series elements are engineered as direct cross-references for Parker Domnick Hunter Oil-X Evolution filter housings. ODHE elements are dimensionally identical to Parker cartridges and certified to the same ISO 8573-1 class. They fit all existing Parker Oil-X Evolution housings without modification. This is not a generic "compatible" product — it is an Omega Air engineered replacement with its own test certification. Share your Parker part number and we will confirm the ODHE cross-reference immediately.
Which element grade should I use — M or S? +
M grade (0.1 µm, ISO Class 2 oil) is suitable for general industrial use — pneumatics, tools, actuators, spray painting, textile machinery. S grade (0.01 µm, ISO Class 1 oil) is required for food and beverage product contact, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, electronics manufacturing, nitrogen generators and breathing air. If your process requires the air to touch food, medicine or electronics — specify S grade. If in doubt, WhatsApp us with your application and we will recommend the correct grade.
How do I identify my Omega Air filter model? +
The filter series and size are stamped on the filter housing nameplate (e.g. AAF-030 = AAF series, size 030, which flows ~300 Nm³/h at 7 bar). The element grade (P, R, M, S, ACS) is printed on the element label. If the label is worn, look for the colour of the end-cap: typically green/grey = particulate (P/R), grey/white = coalescing (M/S), black = carbon (ACS). Send us a photo on WhatsApp and our engineers will identify the part within the hour.
What is the replacement interval for Omega Air filter elements? +
Omega Air recommends replacing coalescing and particulate elements (P, R, M, S grades) every 12 months or 4,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. ACS activated carbon elements should be replaced every 6 months as the carbon bed saturates regardless of pressure drop. In Indian conditions (high ambient dust, high humidity), we recommend checking elements at 8–9 months. A rising differential pressure gauge or red indicator is a reliable sign the element needs immediate replacement.
Do you supply Omega Air elements for BF flanged filters in India? +
Yes — BF flanged filter elements (DN80 to DN300) are available through Nitrogenium for all grades (P, R, M, S, ACS). BF series elements are used in large compressor rooms and utility air systems in steel plants, cement factories, large automotive plants and power utilities. Lead time is typically 5–10 business days for large BF elements depending on DN size. Contact us with your BF filter DN size, grade, and required quantity for a quotation.
